Saturday in Denver
I could not be more disappointed in my experience at Fork n Film on Saturday at The Maven in Denver. The first issue was that the doors were opened so often and it was so noisy outside the room that every time the door opened it was so loud and distracting. The movie was not loud enough to cover the noise of the bar and patrons outside the door. Another issue was the food. It was not good. Everything that was supposed to be warm, if not hot, came out cold. I was so sad when the “Chef’s Special” was cooler than room temperature. I am a single mom and a teacher who was trying to treat my son for his 16th birthday. This was such an expensive outing for us, I assumed the night would have been magical. I am so sad. I feel like I wasted almost $500. Is there anything that can be done? Am I able to get any sort of refund? Or try a different experience and hope it turns out better? I thought I would email before I got on social media and told others how it went. I hope this email pays off in the end. 😢 Sent from my iPhone

Re: Saturday in Denver
Hi Megan,
Thank you so much for reaching out and taking the time to share your experience with us.
First, we want to sincerely apologize that your evening did not live up to your expectations. We're especially sorry to hear that this was a special birthday celebration for your son. We know how much thought and planning goes into creating memorable moments with loved ones, and it truly saddens us to know that what should have been a wonderful evening together turned out to be such a disappointing experience.
The concerns you've shared regarding the noise, interruptions, and food quality are certainly not the experience we want for our guests. We truly appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention, and we'll be sharing your feedback with our team so we can address these areas and work toward improving the overall experience.
We also understand that this was a significant expense, and we're so sorry that you left feeling it wasn't worth what you paid.
We would genuinely love the opportunity to make this up to you and your son by inviting you back to enjoy another Fork n' Film movie experience with us. We hope you'll give us another chance to provide the memorable evening you were originally looking forward to.
Thank you again, Megan, for reaching out to us directly and giving us the opportunity to address your concerns. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope we can turn this disappointing experience into a much more positive memory for you and your son.
Warmest regards,
