    Hello,

I paid for a dinner for two for the October 10th hocus pocus Los Angeles, was charged from the Zelle, and have not received my email confirmation. The name paid was Adam Porris on Sept 8th. 

Let me know what I can do to assist!

    Thank you so much for reaching out to us. First, we sincerely apologize for the oversight with your reservation. Unfortunately, your payment was not properly reflected in our guest list, and as a result, your reservation was not added to our records. We’re very sorry this happened.

    We also want to let you know that the October 10th show has been canceled. Because your reservation was not included on our guest list, you unfortunately did not receive the cancellation notification. We sincerely apologize for the lack of communication and any confusion or inconvenience this has caused.

    We would love the opportunity to make this right and are happy to offer you a reservation for Hocus Pocus on October 25th at 6:30 PM.

    If this date and time work for you, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to secure your tickets.
