Hi! Would you be able to tell me why this has been cancelled?

A prior reservation was cancelled months ago so we rescheduled to this event, which is now also cancelled… this is the third event with you in a row that has been cancelled, so I am concerned about this pattern and my other booked event in November. I’ve been once before and loved the Ratatouille event and been trying to come for another ever since, so I’ve been really disappointed by all of these cancellations.
