I am following up regarding my reservation for the Beauty and the Beast event that was canceled by Fork n’ Film in January.
At the time of the cancellation, I requested a full refund. In response, Sierra offered me a 100% coupon for the full value of my tickets and specifically stated that the coupon would not expire. I have included our original correspondence below for reference.
After reviewing Fork n’ Film’s published refund policy, I also see that when an event is canceled by Fork n’ Film, ticket holders are offered a full refund or credit toward a future event.
Since my event was canceled by Fork n’ Film and I originally requested a full refund, I would appreciate your assistance in processing the refund for the full amount I paid. If for some reason a refund cannot be processed, I would alternatively ask that the 100% non-expiring credit offered to me by Sierra be issued for the full value of my tickets.
I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this matter. Please let me know if you need my original order number, receipt, or any additional information to locate the reservation.
