Hi, I received 2 VIP for compensation due to a show being canceled. I would like to use them for the Hocus Pocus show Oct 17, Saturday in LA. We truly appreciate you checking in regarding your complimentary VIP tickets. Unfortunately, due to recent changes to our ticketing and reservation process, we’re no longer able to honor or issue previously offered complimentary tickets for upcoming shows.
