Need to book using my voucher

Hi there,

I used my voucher on a date that was canceled by you guys. I haven’t been able to reschedule since as I’ve gotten caught up with my mom’s chemotherapy appointments and helping her. But I’d now like to see the next available dates for the ratatouille films and would like to either get this rebooked or refunded.
