Thank you for following up!  Early access tickets were released at 10:00 AM, and the email notification was sent shortly afterward. We’re very sorry the email did not reach your inbox until 10:08 AM. There was incredible interest in this release, and the limited number of early access tickets were claimed very quickly.

We know how disappointing it must have been to open the email right away only to find that tickets were already unavailable, especially when you were waiting for the early access notification.

The good news is that we’ll be releasing additional tickets soon. We definitely encourage you to stay tuned for the next ticket drop, and we truly hope we’ll have the opportunity to host you!
