I have reached out multiple times about a gift card issue that I am having that is preventing me from purchasing tickets to your events. I have a fork n film gift card for $400 that was purchase led directly through your site, but the gift card code is not accepted by the event company facilitating ticket purchases. They have told me to reach out to you directly. Please help me find a solution.
