    Hello Nina,

At this time, we will issue a refund for the original purchase instead. Please note that refunds are currently taking longer than expected to process, and we are unable to provide a specific timeline. We’ll send you a confirmation email as soon as your refund has been finalized.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding.

Re: Rescheduled link for a canceled event

I am writing to follow up on my long-overdue refund, which has taken an unreasonable amount of time to process despite my repeated outreach.

This delay has been a major inconvenience. This event was originally planned as a birthday surprise, which involved additional non-refundable arrangements, including a hotel booking. The lack of timely resolution and communication has caused a significant hassle.

While receiving a full refund for the money I paid is the bare minimum, simply returning my funds does not make up for the disruption caused. Given the circumstances, I am requesting that you expedite my refund immediately and provide appropriate compensation for this poor experience—such as tickets or access to a similar upcoming event in the Los Angeles area.

Please confirm that my refund has been processed and let me know how you plan to make this right.

I look forward to your prompt response.
