FINAL FOLLOW-UP — $204.99 Refund for Canceled April 19 Event

Hello,

I am following up one final time regarding my $204.99 refund for the Fork n Film New York event scheduled for April 19, 2026, which was canceled.

I have been trying to resolve this issue for months. I was previously told via phone and multiple emails from the Newyork Forkfilm email  that my refund would be issued, yet I have still not received it. I also recently emailed on September 10 requesting that this be escalated, and I have received no response. That was my 9th email. 

My original ticket confirmation clearly states that “all sales are final” except when an event is canceled or rescheduled, in which case refunds are offered. Since this event was canceled, I am requesting the refund that I was told I would receive.

At this point, I would appreciate a response with either confirmation that the $204.99 refund has been processed or a specific date by which it will be issued.

I have a following of approximately 15,000 people, and if I continue to receive no response, I will be sharing my experience publicly and honestly, including the fact that I purchased tickets to a canceled event, was told I would receive a refund, and have been unable to get a response after months of attempts to resolve the matter.

I would much rather resolve this directly with Fork n Film, so please respond to this email with an update.
