    Important Update Regarding Your Fork n' Film Reservation

    We're reaching out regarding your upcoming Fork n' Film reservation in Los Angeles.


    Unfortunately, the show on September 26th at 6:30 PM has been canceled. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment this may cause. We know many of our guests make special plans around these experiences, and we're truly sorry for the change.


    We understand you were looking forward to attending this event. We will accommodate a full refund for your tickets. Once processed, we’ll send you a confirmation email as soon as it has been finalized. Please note that refunds are currently taking longer than usual to process, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

    Hello,

    I am writing to follow up on the refund for my Fork N Film tickets, which I originally purchased in January.

    The event was subsequently rescheduled and then cancelled in September. It has now been two weeks since the cancellation, and I have received no refund, update, or communication regarding when my refund will be processed.

    Please confirm the status of my refund within 3 business days. If I do not receive confirmation that the refund is being processed by then, I will dispute the charge with my credit card company and initiate a chargeback for the cancelled event.
