Hocus Pocus Replacement Ticket

Hi,

I’m reaching out about the complimentary ticket I was promised for the next Fork & Film Hocus Pocus event.

Last year, I flew all the way to NYC specifically for the Hocus Pocus event, only to find out when I arrived that it had been cancelled. I wasn’t notified before making the trip, so the whole situation was really frustrating. When I was offered a complimentary ticket to the next Hocus Pocus event, even though it would be a full year later, I was happy to accept.

I received the replacement promo code, but unfortunately, it doesn’t work. I also just saw that this year’s event is now sold out. It mentioned that they would work for ANY event, I tried it and it doesn't work for any event at all.

I’ve included your last communication below for reference. Given the circumstances and the fact that the complimentary ticket was offered as a replacement for last year’s cancelled event, is there anything you can do to honor the ticket for this year’s event, even though it’s currently sold out?

I’d really appreciate any help getting this resolved.
