Important Update Regarding Your Fork n’ Film Reservation

    Hello Matthew,

We’re reaching out with an important update regarding your upcoming Fork n’ Film reservation.

Unfortunately, your originally scheduled show has been canceled. We sincerely apologize for the change and any inconvenience or disappointment this may cause. We know many of our guests make special plans around attending Fork n’ Film, and we’re very sorry for the unexpected change.

We’re able to reschedule your reservation to Hocus Pocus on October 25th at 1:30 PM. Please reply to this email as soon as possible to confirm if you’ll be able to attend, so our team can secure your reservation for this show.

At this time, this is the only showtime we’re able to offer for rescheduling. We highly recommend securing this date if you’re able to attend, as we do not currently have any additional showtimes confirmed. If you choose to wait, we unfortunately cannot guarantee when or if another rescheduling opportunity will become available.

Please also note that tickets remain non-refundable.

We truly appreciate your understanding and hope you’ll be able to join us for Hocus Pocus this spooky season. We look forward to hearing from you soon!

    Warmly,
    The Fork n’ Film Team

Re: Important Update Regarding Your Fork n’ Film Reservation

    Hello,

Thank you for letting me know about the cancellation, and for offering the rescheduled date.

Unfortunately, I won’t be able to attend the Hocus Pocus showing on October 25th. I was planning to fly in specifically for the originally scheduled event, and I’m not local to the area, so a rescheduled date doesn’t work for my travel plans.

Since the show was canceled on your end rather than by choice, I’d like to request a full refund for my reservation. I understand your standard policy is that tickets are non-refundable, but that policy was intended to apply to cancellations made by guests, not to shows canceled by the venue.

Please let me know how to proceed with the refund. I’m happy to provide my reservation details or any other information you need.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best,
    Matthew

Re: Important Update Regarding Your Fork n’ Film Reservation

    Hello Matthew,

Thank you for following up with us, and we appreciate your patience while we reviewed your request.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to move your reservation to the October 9th show. Additionally, the October 25th showing at 1:30 PM is now fully booked and is no longer available for rescheduling.

We are, however, able to offer you Hocus Pocus on October 25th at 6:30 PM. At this time, this is the only rescheduling option we’re able to offer for your tickets, and we’re unable to transfer the reservation to a different or future show.

If the October 25th 6:30 PM show works for you, please reply to confirm as soon as you’re able, and we’ll be happy to secure your reservation.

We understand that the change from your original date has affected your travel plans, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding and hope we’re able to host you on October 25th.

    Warmly,
    The Fork n’ Film Team

    Hello,

Unfortunately the October 25th date will not work for me. Are you able to process a full refund given the circumstances?

    Thanks,
