    Hello,

    I hope you’re doing well! I just wanted to follow up on my previous email in case it may have gotten missed. When you have a chance, I would really appreciate it if you could take a look and let me know.

    Thank you so much for your time!

    Dear Fork n’ Film Team,

    My name is Jenice Sung, and I’m a big fan of Fork n’ Film! I’ve been to your events about 3-4 times before and have always really enjoyed the experience.

    I purchased three tickets for events this year, but unfortunately, all events ended up being canceled, so I wasn’t able to attend. At the time, I checked to see if I could switch to another date, but there weren’t any available spots. I also sent an email asking whether I could receive a refund or if I should wait for more dates to open up, but I never heard back. It slipped my mind for a while, but I recently checked and realized that I don’t believe I ever received refunds for the canceled tickets, so I wanted to follow up.

    These are the tickets I purchased:

    * Ratatouille – Los Angeles, April 25, 2026 at 6:30 PM: I purchased two tickets with my card, one under my name and one under my friend’s name.

    * Lilo & Stitch – Los Angeles, May 23, 2026 at 1:30 PM: I purchased one ticket.

    Since all three tickets were for events that were canceled, would it be possible to receive a refund for them? I got a new card from the bank recently, so please let me know if you need any additional information from me to locate the purchases. I’d be happy to provide it.

    Thank you so much for your help! I really enjoy Fork n’ Film and hope I’ll be able to make it to another event soon.

    Best,

    Hello Jenice,

    Thank you for reaching out. We apologize for the delay in communication and for the canceled shows. We understand you would like a refund and we will accommodate your request. We know how important receiving your refund is, and we truly appreciate your patience. Our team is actively working through refund requests and processing them as quickly as possible.

    We know some guests have been waiting longer than expected, and we truly appreciate your continued patience. Your refund remains on our radar, and we will send a confirmation as soon as it has been finalized. Once processed, you will also receive a refund confirmation for your records.

    Your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. If the card used for the original purchase is no longer valid, please let us know. If the card used for the original purchase is no longer valid, our team will review the available options and coordinate an alternate refund method with you once the refund is ready to process.
