Re: Fork n' Film: Event Canceled - Request for Full Refund

    Dear Fork n' Film Team,

I am writing to request a full refund for my canceled reservations.

Unfortunately, I have experienced multiple cancellations over the past several months:

Shrek – Originally scheduled for March 15, 2026 (Order No. 2ZTM-8NMN-8BF). After this event was canceled, I rescheduled to the July 4, 2026 showing (Order No. 3068-X32L-SFL), which has now also been canceled.

Coco – Order No. 2ZZG-795J-2PB. This event was also canceled.

While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, having one event canceled twice and another canceled as well has been very disappointing. At this point, I no longer wish to reschedule and would appreciate a full refund for all orders to my original payment method.

For reference, my affected orders are:

    Shrek (March 15): 2ZTM-8NMN-8BF

    Shrek (July 4): 3068-X32L-SFL

    Coco: 2ZZG-795J-2PB

Please confirm once the refunds have been initiated and let me know the expected processing timeline.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.

    Best,
    Anny Patino
