I want to reach out one last time about the refund that is owed to me for the cancelled Lilo and Stitch event in Las Vegas on May 22nd. I have tried several times to get in contact with you and have not heard back. My next step is going to have to be to contact my bank and file a charge back.

It is truly a shame that this is how your company has decided to treat customers. I've purchased tickets to several of your events and recommended you to many friends and family but I now regret supporting your company as much as I have.

I would appreciate a response updating me on the status of the refund but I sadly won't be surprised if you continue to ignore my emails.
