    Important Update: Your Fork n' Film Event Date Has Changed

    Hi Jacob,

    We're reaching out to share an important update regarding your upcoming Fork n' Film reservation. Unfortunately, due to a scheduling adjustment, we can no longer host the event on July 25th at 6:30 PM. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

    To ensure you can still enjoy the experience that same weekend, we've already rebooked your reservation for the next available show.

    Please note that your event has been moved to Friday, July 24th at 6:30 PM. Your reservation has been automatically transferred to the new event date and time, and no further action is required on your part.

    Thank you for your understanding and flexibility. We look forward to welcoming you and providing a memorable experience. 

    Please reply to this email at your earliest convenience to confirm that you received this update and will be attending the new showtime.

    I would be able to make the July 25th time slot but I am not sure about the July 24th time slot. 

    Is there anything else you can do to accommodate the change?

    We completely understand, and we want to make sure we find a time that works beautifully for you. Since the July 24th slot is a bit uncertain, would you happen to be available to join us for a showing of Lilo & Stitch on Saturday, August 1st at 6:30 PM instead?

    Let us know if that date works better for your schedule, and we would be more than happy to get you all set up for it!
