Capytal Filed Lawsuit Against Fork N' Film

Hi Francesca, checking on the Capytal suit. 

Most of these lawsuits are based on contracts that are technically illegal because the payments don't adjust to your sales.

We just used this for a restaurant to get their case withdrawn and the balance reduced by 45%.

Hi Francesca,

I wanted to share a quick result we got for Sand Hill Restaurant. who was facing the exact same lawsuit.

Because his contract with Capytal was missing the 2026 mandatory disclosures, the lender was forced to:

 1. Lawsuit: Fully withdrawn in 7 days.
 2. Balance: 40% erased.
 3. Payments: Moved the remaining into easy monthly payments.
