Cancellation and Refund Concern

I was initially a part of the group that was cancelled on Valentine's Day for the Lady and The Tramp viewing in Scottsdale Arizona, February 13th, and was given the option to change the reservation to the Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs viewing for May 9th. Seeing as it has been over a month since the most recent cancellation and over 4 months since the initial one, I wanted to follow up on the refunding process and inquire about how much longer it would be to receive that refund back into my account. Please advise and let me know if there is anything you need on my end such as documentation or clarification. Thank you!
