Our event was canceled- Refund

Hello, our event was cancelled on June 13th, in Detroit. We have not received any follow up information on a timeframe of when we should expect to receive our refund. Our previous messages have also been ignored.  Our order number is ST-FNF-CS5Q-924F. It should not take more than a few days to process a refund with most reputable companies. Any information on this would be appreciated.  I will be filing a report with the better business bureau and doing a chargeback on my card if no other information is provided and this email is also ignored.
