ASAP Refund/Reschedule

Hello,

I was supposed to attend the Ratatouille show in Detroit in May but it was postponed. I tried to reach out multiple times for both confirmation about rescheduling and then a refund if rescheduling doesn’t work out. The link in the postponement email to reschedule no longer works. I would like to know when i’m getting a refund if I’m not able to reschedule. Please let me know ASAP because it’s been over a month since the very last minute cancellation.
