I am emailing this morning to know if there is option to cancel and get a refund.

I am not from new york and will be there on a trip from June 16th to June 20th. I will be heading back on a greyhound scheduled for 11 AM because I work the next day, so I would not be able to make the movie on the change date and time. Please let me know what can be done.
