Hello!

Could you please help me? We’ve been trying to contact your team for SEVERAL weeks but have not heard back once. We’ve tried for refunds, for time changes, for questions. This is next week and really need some guidance.

First the show we originally booked was cancelled, we tried for a refund and to rebook – neither were possible. We had to rebook by repurchasing. Now have confirmations for both Saturday Matinee and Sunday Evening shows. Which one is happening and which one are they supposed to go to?

Please, I need some guidance to give to them.
