Refund- RESCHEDULED NOV showing

Hey Sam, I was wondering if I can get a refund for the rescheduled show I had in Nov 2026. Initially I bought a ticket for the show Princess in the Frog for Feb or March I can’t remember but the show was cancelled. I was sent a email to reschedule & I didn’t see the email in time to book for June 2026. So I rescheduled for Nov upon looking into booking I noticed I could book for June as a new ticket but not as a rebooked ticket with my prior payment. I’m seeking a refund for the NOV 2026 show I do not want to reschedule. And I don’t want an extra ticket. This was a solo date for myself and I don’t wanna invite anyone. I want my money back from the NOV booking since I had to pay for the new ticket. 

I think I booked under Oya Rouchon but i used divinegroomes17@gmail.com on both tickets.
