Refund

Good afternoon, 

My name is Rose DeFord. I have emailed the Portland location 4 times, as well as messaged the Instagram page 2 times. No one will get back to me. Please help. I've been asked to reschedule for the same show twice. I went to go reschedule and there were no more for Portland. I decided I wanted a refund but when no answers came, I looked into the Los Angeles location. They are now sold out as well. What can I do? This is very upsetting that I have $400 sitting with Fork N Film and can't see anything nor can I get my money back.
