    Im still waiting on my refund!!! You guys said i was priority and im still waiting it should not take this long!! I don't care how small your team is!!

    I am so sorry that you are still waiting for this refund. I completely understand your frustration; you are right, this has taken far too long, and I sincerely apologize that we have not met the timeline we set.

    I have personally checked on the status again just now, and I am escalating this immediately to ensure it is processed as soon as possible. I know I've said we are prioritizing this, but I am pushing for immediate action on our end.
