May Cancelled Show

Hi, my name is Crystal Sharper and I bought tickets to the ratatouille showing in May in Detroit. The show was postponed and we were advised we could pick new showings… after trying to select a new one, there’s nothing popping up for Detroit at all. Is Detroit not a venue anymore? I was told to email them for refund, have yet to hear something back.
