Since June 1, I have continued attempting to reach your team through text messages and other communications seeking clarification, but I have not received the responses necessary to resolve these outstanding questions. Most recently, I received an email notifying me that the scheduled 1:30 PM showing had been moved to 6:30 PM. I immediately replied to explain my circumstances and request guidance; however, I have not received a response. This latest change presents a significant challenge. My daughter is traveling from New Jersey specifically to attend the 1:30 PM showing. Because the event time was changed after arrangements had already been made, she is unable to attend the newly scheduled 6:30 PM showing due to prior commitments and her limited time in California. I would appreciate clear communication regarding my reservation, the status of my menu request, and the options available to me in light of the most recent showtime change.
