Still waiting on refund.

This is Olivia Cazares. I am writing to follow up on a refund request from March 18th.

I still have not received any information regarding when I can expect to receive my money back. While I understand that you have a small team, it has now been several months. We are currently in June, and the lack of communication and the length of this delay are extremely frustrating.

Please look into this matter and provide an update on the status of my refund as soon as possible.
