    Hello,

    I apologize for the delay in response to my experience. I needed to pause so that I would be able to communicate effectively. 

    I paid for 2 tickets to Fork N Film for the show on 05/10. This day was Mothers Day. I paid for train tickets to travel to the state of Oregon and paid for a hotel stay so that I could go to this show. Only to arrive at the venue for there to be no show, no communication. There was even a confirmation sent for me to arrive to this event ON THE SAME DAY

    This was not just an event. I planned this event for my mother because I wanted to take her for Mother’s Day but she died a few months prior 01/25/2025. So I booked this event to honor our plans that we made before she passed. To have a memory. This was my first Mother’s Day without my mother and Fork N Film ruined every part of that simply by not communicating. 

    Since then you haven’t even contacted any of the people who paid their money for this event. Haven’t tried to reconcile the issue or offer a reschedule or refund. 

    A refund can’t even make up for the day that I’ll never get back. The one thing I thought I could do to remember my mom. 

    Please respond with a number that I can call to discuss this issue. I do not wish to reconcile over email.
