Ratatouille Event Cancellation

Hello,

I purchased six tickets for the Ratatouille event in San Francisco on May 16, 2026, at 1:30 PM. We received an email stating that the event had been canceled and that a refund would be processed, with a confirmation email to follow once the refund was issued. However, I don’t believe we’ve received any additional updates or confirmation.

I wanted to check on the status of the refund and also ask whether it would be possible to transfer the value of our canceled tickets to a different Fork n’ Film event date instead.
