To date, I have neither received the refund I was promised nor any substantive response from your team regarding this matter.
As a result of your failure to provide the contracted service and your continued lack of communication, I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and initiated a charge dispute through my financial institution for services that were paid for but never rendered.
This letter serves as formal notice that if I do not receive a response and full resolution, including a refund, by the close of business this week, I will proceed with all available remedies. These may include filing complaints with additional consumer protection agencies and consulting legal counsel to evaluate further action to recover my losses and any other relief available under applicable law.
I have made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve this matter directly. Your continued failure to address this issue leaves me with no reasonable alternative but to escalate it further.
