    Messagehello, i was told back in december when my event was cancelled by your company (this was a san francisco event) my refund would be coming soon. it has been over 6 months and i am still waiting. i have been reaching out almost every two weeks and getting the run around by your customer service team. they keep "escalating it" " i will personally handle this" every email and nothing has happened and now on 5/8 was your last response to my emails and i have sent two more since then with no response. I am extremely frustrated at this point because i am also waiting on another refund from you as well for another cancelled event from october 2025 as well. That was was for nightmare before christmas that i was talked into rescheduling for beauty and the beast in jan 2026 that was also cancelled and i have not received that refund as well.

    MessageHell0, this event of mine (in the san francisco location) was cancelled by your company and they gave me the option to rescheduled (and GUARANTEED the next one wouldn't get cancelled) or a refund. i rescheduled for the beauty and the beast even that was supposed to happen on january 17, 2026. it was also cancelled and i told them i would not be rescheduling again as this was the third event that i was going to that got cancelled and i requested a refund. it is not june and i still have not received my refund for this or my grinch even that was cancelled in december 25 as well. i keep reaching out ALMOST EVERY TWO WEEKS AND GETTING THE RUN AROUND BY YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM. THEY KEEP "ESCALATING IT" " I WILL PERSONALLY HANDLE THIS" EVERY EMAIL AND NOTHING HAS HAPPENED AND NOW ON 5/8 WAS YOUR LAST RESPONSE TO MY EMAILS AND I HAVE SENT TWO MORE SINCE THEN WITH NO RESPONSE. I AM EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED AT THIS POINT and pissed off. it has been over 1/2 a year i have been waiting and it is a lot of money. times are hard and between the two event i am waiting for at least $1600 in refunds from your company only for you to keep telling me in emails it is coming only for nothing to happen. It should not take 6+ months to receive a refund!!
