    Refund status

    Good afternoon. I wanted to check status on my refund. Just to recap our show was Shrek in Los Angeles 6:30PM on March 14th. My name is Desiree Jerome and I purchased 3 regular tickets totaling $614.97. Initial purchase was Aug 27 2025. We then rescheduled two separate times due to show cancelations . After the 3rd show cancellation, I requested a refund.  May 12th was 60 days since initial request for refund. It has now been well over 60 days approaching 90 days. I am now starting to feel like there are no intentions of refunding me.  Please provide me with my refund as it has now been ample time.
