Hi! Issue with rescheduling. Please help.Our date was cancelled. we have the email to reschedule, however the code and reserving email don't seem to be working. and the invoice link from the original reservation no longer goes to the invoice so I can't check if my name has a type-o, etc.Now that summer dates have been released, I'd very much like to schedule our date.Once I click on the private portal and enter the passworks, the next step is checking on our code/credit. the instructions given were: "Enter your unique discount code at checkoutYour discount code = the full name used when purchasing your tickets (ex - JOHNSMITH or JOHNROBERTSMITH)
Your code will apply to the exact number of tickets under your original reservation."
however SANDRADAUGHERTY or SANDRAMDAUGHERTY or SANDRADAUGHERTY1 are all not working
