REFUND
I do not want a credit. I want a refund back on my credit card. I do not want to reschedule.
I have asked for a full refund for over two weeks now. I expect a response back.
I also would like the contact information to escalate this case. As I have been emailing for over a week with no result.
Per my last email.
I did not even see that the email for postponing this event was sent because it was in my junk mail and we attempted to attend this event in Detroit. After paying for parking we were told by hotel workers that the event was postponed the entire month of May.
I would like a full refund for this event. I am very upset that the event was cancelled last minute as I also had my guest come in 3 hrs out of town to attend.

I have never received such bad follow-up through a company before. It should not take over two weeks to refund an event that was cancelled on your end.
I expect a follow-up email with the full refund back on my credit card.
