Hello,I do not think that this will work for me. Our train leaves at this time. Is there another showtime for Princess and the Frog available on Saturday afternoon? otherwise I will need to be reimbursed as we are only in town for that 1 and half days. We have dinner reservations saturday evening. Please cancel my reservation and return my money (to the same form of payment). I only have that afternoon to attend. since the show was cancelled, and there is not another show available, please just return my money immediately.I will not be available at anytime on Sunday. We have removed your reservation for June 14th and sincerely apologize for the change of plans and any inconvenience this may have caused.
We're happy to accommodate your refund request. Please note that refunds are currently taking longer than usual to process. If you would prefer, rescheduling is the fastest way to secure your seats for a future show.
We are currently booking future dates for The Princess and the Frog, and we've included those upcoming dates below for your reference in case you'd like to attend a different show instead of receiving a refund.Princess and the Frog- June 20, 1:30pm & 6:30pm
