    I received the below email and was trying to reschedule for ratatouille on July 17, but it would not allow me to use the code below. Are you able to reschedule my two tickets to the July 17th at 6 PM show for ratatouille? If not, I would like to process a  a request for refund. Thank you.

    Thank you for reaching out. I apologize for the difficulty you experienced with the rescheduling code.

    I have checked our schedule, and unfortunately, the Ratatouille screenings on July 17th are currently at capacity. Because of this, I am unable to move your two tickets to that specific show.

    Are there other films or dates you would prefer to attend? Alternatively, I would be happy to provide a list of what we currently have available for you to choose from. Please let me know how you would like to proceed or if you would prefer to continue with a refund request.

Due to unforeseen operational circumstances, we are unable to deliver the Fork n’ Film experience at the level of quality our guests deserve this weekend. Rather than compromise the experience, we made the difficult decision to postpone these shows.

     

    We know many of you have been looking forward to this night and we genuinely hate having to disrupt those plans. Please know this decision was not made lightly, and we deeply appreciate your patience and understanding.

     

    To make this right, we’re inviting you to reschedule your tickets to any show starting in May. When you join us we’ll also include:

     

    • A complimentary welcome cocktail when you arrive

    • Preferred seating

    • A 10% discount code for a future Fork n’ Film experience (Code: POSTPONEDLA10)

       

    How to Reschedule

    2. Choose a new date & movie

    • We have an amazing selection of fun films and menus! Pick whichever show works best for you.

    Thank you for your response. I have checked our availability for July 18th, and unfortunately, those showings are also currently at capacity.

    However, we do have openings for the following dates and films:

      - Shrek: June 26 at 6:30 PM
      - The Princess and the Frog: November 28 at 6:30 PM
      - Elf: December 4 at 6:30 PM
      - The Grinch: December 26 at 6:30 PM

    If none of these dates work for you, please let me know and I would be happy to provide additional availability for dates further into the future.
