Assistance with a Reschedule
Hello,I purchased 4 tickets for *Princess and the Frog* on April 12th, but the show was postponed. I am currently checking our system's availability for the June 20th screening at 6:30 PM. Please be aware that we have very limited availability for rescheduling, but I will do my best to accommodate your request for 4 tickets.

Regarding your request to reschedule to the June 20th screening at 6:30 PM, I have checked our system and that date is currently at capacity. While I am doing my best to accommodate your request for 4 tickets, our availability for rescheduling is extremely limited.
Is there another date or film you would be interested in? You can view our upcoming schedule for other available screenings of The Princess and the Frog or different titles like Shrek and Ratatouille.
I will follow up with you shortly if any space opens up for your preferred date, but in the meantime, please let me know if you have a secondary choice.

Thank you Alex for your response. Unfortunately due to the delayed response time it is no longer available and The Princess and the Frog is a film my party is really interested in seeing. So is it possible to let me know whenever anything opens for my party size for that film.
