Refund for Scottsdale show
Good morning,In December I purchased 4 tickets to a Ratatouille showing for January in Scottsdale. This showing was cancelled and we were given options to reschedule or get a refund. We rescheduled for a showing of Ratatouille in March, again it was cancelled. We were given options to reschedule in May or get a refund. This time I requested a refund. I was told my account would be flagged for a refund that I have never received and the Scottsdale team is no longer responding to my emails. Is there anyone that can assist me in this matter?Thank you for your time,Kendra Johnson
