    Hello,
    I am writing to request a refund for my order.  I originally paid for 2 Shrek tickets at 50% off. The shrek movie was canceled and you guys offered me a chance to reschedule for that same movie. I have been trying to get seats for Shrek every month but they have been sold out every
     since the cancelation. I am done trying to reschedule my experience and would like my money back please
