I am so incredibly sorry for the frustration you've experienced with the rebooking code and the confusion regarding your credit amount. Please know that this is certainly not the experience we intended for you, especially after you made arrangements to take off work for the Ratatouille screening on Saturday, June 6.

To make things right and honor your request, I have gone ahead and cancelled the $204.98 credit (FNF-CR-SUP4V4) and initiated a full refund for both of your tickets to ensure you are reimbursed for the total amount paid.
