Comp ticket for 6/6/26

    Comp ticket for 6/6/26

    Hi my name is a Jessica Menzies I have a comp ticket for the showing of Ratatouille for this Saturday. 
    Back in March I had emailed about how with I received the code to reschedule my ticket for the 3/29/26 showing of Ratatouille and back in March it only let me use it for one ticket instead of 2 which is what I purchased. Is there a way I can reschedule the current ticket I have with the 2nd ticket that I had paid for originally? I just want 2 new tickets for a different time/day please. The problem isn’t about me not being able to make it to this weekends event it’s about how there was an original mistake with the reschedule from March to June in the first place and even after emailing twice there was no remedy on your end. 
    If action isn’t taken I’m going to have to goto my bank and claim this company as a fraud charge which I don’t want to do. So please let me know soon how this can be resolved. 
    This was my original order number with 2 tickets like I had paid for
    2ZT4-DDG4-28J
    This is my current order number with only 1 ticket
