Refund for May 15th

Dear Detroit and Fork and Film Team,

I am writing to follow up on a refund for six tickets purchased under my name, Tina Campbell, for the May 15 showing of Ratatouille in Detroit.

As the event was canceled, I previously requested a refund rather than a reschedule due to scheduling conflicts. It has been a few weeks since my initial inquiry, and I am looking for a timeframe on when I can expect the funds to be returned so that I can reimburse the other members of my party.
