OWED CREDIT DUE TO RESCHEDULE

I am sending another email because my emails and DMs have not been responsed too. 

I have been emailing because I never got to reschedule for my postponed movie (Shrek March 13th). I thought that I would be able to do it later and not have any problems. However, I noticed that summer movies have been released and I would like to see Shrek. I went to use my promo code and it would not work for me. Is it possible for me to still see Shrek on Friday, June 26th? 

Also, I was not able to make it to a showing of the Grinch. They stated that I could have a credit to another showing. Is it possible for me to go see the Grinch this year as the credit.
