    MessageOn April 27, Portland Fork 'N FILM notified me that the coco showing for May 2 had been cancelled. I sent a follow-up inquiry to them on May 2. I sent a follow-up to info@forknfilm on May 5. 1. I haven't received a reply from portland@forknfilm.com yet and portland.forknfilm.com is still down. I haven't received a reply from info@forknfilm either. 2. I am able to visit https://www.forknfilm.com/reschedules by browsing directly to that link, but both of the "reschedule" links in the cancellation message go through a portland.forknfilm.com redirect, which is not working due to the site being down. In other words, none of the links in the email work. 3. The reschedules page provides a "Check my credit" form, but I am not able to find the code ("Type the code from your reschedule email") which it refers to. From my perspective, this is not working. 4. When I bypass the check and visit the Portland dates, the first available showing of Coco is on September 12, over 4 months after the cancelled date which we booked in February. Overall, this experience has been entirely unsatisfactory in multiple ways that make it unlikely for me to book with Fork n' Film again. It's especially disappointing because our previous experience was so good, we were excited to have another Fork n' Film experience, and if this had been handled differently, we would be future customers as well. If you can share any information about any of the above that would help me understand the multiple failures or some way of making this right, I'd be interested. Otherwise, please issue me a refund. If I don't here back by June 4, I'm going to file a complaint with the better business bureau.
