Message	No response from multiple emails to customer service requesting to REschedule the date they postponed. This was a birthday gift and has been COMPLETELY awful trying to remedy a situation we did not cause. Both myself and the person i am going with have tried contacting the email provided to get help. The directions sent to my email to reschedule did not work because the code did not work. We have even tried contacting the hotel. The non existent customer service has been horrible. We went to a ratatoullie showing in detroit last october and loved it, but this experience has been awful.
