    Rescheduling postponed film!

    This is my second time contacting this email. 
    I was sent an email to pick a different film because May 23rd, Lilo and Stitch was postponed. My last email said I pick Ratatouille August 22 @ 6pm. 

    When is the confirmation sent? I've sent multiple messages to the website contact link and Instagram mesaaged your profile and no one ever response. 

    What need to be done next?

    Regarding your request to reschedule for Ratatouille on August 22nd at 6pm, I am sorry to inform you that this specific date and time is already at capacity.

    There are only two dates available now! Two!
    When I previously did it there was a huge availability. But because the response takes so long, now they are all gone. I have the screenshot attached to prove it. 

    I really wanted Ratatouille on a Saturday 6pm. 
    If I have to wait a long time for more dates to become available again, that's fine. 

    Can that be possible?

    I still haven't gotten a reply on the last message I sent about selecting Ratatouille Aug. 22 @6pm. It no longer was an option because the reply took so long that it no longer was available after selecting it right after I was told to select somethig new. It is very upsetting. If there is a Harry Potter option I'll wait for that one too. 
     
    But again, someone has to reply quickly to get this settled. If you guys have a number I could call to settle this because it's getting frustrating. 

    Or else I'll just ask for a refund. Even though I would much rather experience the movie I want to watch. And not the two options that were available after waiting a week for a reply, but only after sending a second email. When there was a plethora of options when selecting Ratatouille the first day. 

    If I have to wait until Harry Potter is available, which is around christmas time, that is fine. 

    But please, just give me a lot more options and or a phone number I could call..
