I am reaching out again regarding the Ratatouille NYC event scheduled for today, May 29, 2026, at 6:30 PM.

My confirmation states that the venue location would be provided one week prior to the event. However, I have not received any venue information. I have emailed multiple times over the past several days and have also reached out through various social medias, but I have not received a response.

My family and I have traveled from North Carolina to attend this event and are currently in New York City. With the event taking place this evening, I am becoming increasingly concerned that I still do not know where I am supposed to be and how the timeliness of me needed to schedule my transportation in such a busy place, not knowing the location. 

Please provide the venue address and any check-in instructions as soon as possible. If venue information has already been sent, please resend it immediately.

I would appreciate a prompt response given that the event is scheduled for tonight.
