Hello,My name is Alexandra Cockett and I am emailing to talk about my reservation (304J-S7V6-CC21P) coming up on May 30th for "Ratatouille" for 2 guests.My original reservation upon booking was for January 10th. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, we were required to re-book for a later date. I rebooked for a March 28th showing, but this showing was postponed, as well. We have now re-scheduled for May 30th but have not received communication since my re-scheduling email about location details that we were told would be specified a week before the reservation.At this point, I would like to kindly ask to re-schedule our booking or if possible, we would like to request a refund due to all the communication issues and unforeseen circumstances. I have emailed through your website approximately 3 times since my original booking and have not received responses back, so please let me know if anything can be done to reschedule or refund my tickets.
